1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Lexícon ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. The Service
Lexícon is a vocabulary game that presents words and asks you to identify synonyms. The App offers free content as well as optional paid features through a subscription ("Lexícon Pro"). We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App at any time.

3. Subscriptions and Billing
Lexícon Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies; we do not directly process refunds.

Lexícon Pro se ofrece como una suscripción de renovación automática. El pago se carga a tu cuenta de Apple ID al confirmar la compra. Tu suscripción se renueva automáticamente a menos que la renovación automática se desactive al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo actual. Tu cuenta se carga por la renovación en las 24 horas previas al final del periodo. Puedes gestionar y cancelar tu suscripción en los ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple ID. Los precios se muestran en la App y pueden variar según la región. Cualquier parte no utilizada de una prueba gratuita, si se ofrece, se pierde al comprar una suscripción. Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple conforme a sus políticas; nosotros no procesamos reembolsos directamente.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying data of the App; use the App to violate any law; or interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security. In multiplayer or challenge features, you agree not to submit abusive, harassing, or unlawful content.
4. Uso aceptable
Aceptas usar la App únicamente para fines lícitos, personales y no comerciales. Aceptas no: realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar ni intentar extraer el código fuente o los datos subyacentes de la App; usar la App para violar ninguna ley; ni interferir con el funcionamiento o la seguridad de la App. En las funciones multijugador o de reto, aceptas no enviar contenido abusivo, acosador o ilegal.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by CodeAscent and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The word data used in the App is derived from open, licensed lexical databases (Princeton WordNet and the Multilingual Central Repository Spanish WordNet, via the Open Multilingual Wordnet) and is used under their respective licenses; attribution is provided in the App. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

La App, incluidos su diseño, código y contenido original, es propiedad de CodeAscent y está protegida por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables. 6. User Content
If the App allows you to create or submit content (such as custom challenges or shared codes), you are responsible for that content and grant us a limited license to display it as needed to operate the feature. We may remove content that violates these Terms. You can report inappropriate content, offensive display names, or abusive behavior using the "Report Issue" feature in Settings.
6. Contenido del usuario
Si la App te permite crear o enviar contenido (como retos personalizados o códigos compartidos), eres responsable de ese contenido y nos otorgas una licencia limitada para mostrarlo según sea necesario para operar la función. Podemos eliminar contenido que viole estos Términos. Puedes reportar contenido inapropiado, nombres ofensivos o comportamiento abusivo usando la función "Reportar problema" en Ajustes.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies. Definitions and word data are provided for educational and entertainment purposes and may contain errors; they are not authoritative reference material.
7. Descargos de responsabilidad
La App se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley. No garantizamos que la App sea ininterrumpida, libre de errores o inexactitudes. Las definiciones y datos de palabras se ofrecen con fines educativos y de entretenimiento y pueden contener errores; no son material de referencia autorizado.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeAscent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, CodeAscent no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial o consecuente que surja del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la App. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamación relacionada con la App no superará el importe que hayas pagado, si corresponde, por la App en los 12 meses anteriores a la reclamación.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
